The flat hand, positively stitched, increases the foam surface and makes it easier to stop the ball. The neoprene insert on the upper ensures a perfect and flexible fit, on the fingers the glove has an elastic mesh/nylon insert. The elastic band closure protects the wrist and the woven wrist strap provides extra strength (with printable area for your name).
